Sales & Marketing – Account Management Executive (Sales) - ££ competitive
We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join our team to help us grow our market share and presence in the UK and Europe.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for generating sales leads, and acquiring new clients. You will be accountable for the successful delivery & implementation of client projects working with an internal project manager and project team.
Your overall success will be measured by the value that our clients get from working with you and Changeworknow. That, in turn, is measured by client acquisition, client retention and our reputation.
You will have at least 3 years experience in a commercial environment within HR related or software sales. You have a track record of successfully managing complex, solution oriented sales and working with stakeholders at board and director level in high profile organisations. You are likely to have a strong HR background and be highly goal oriented. Success will be no stranger to you and you will have enjoyed and thrived on building excellent relationships with your previous customers.
The role will involve researching and generating your own sales leads, undertaking marketing activities, harnessing the resources needed to manage and close new business, negotiating and agreeing contracts, managing customer satisfaction and enhancing Changeworknow’s reputation as a valued HR partner.
