Project & Client Services – Project Manager - £35,000 - £40,000
As we continue to grow we are looking for a Project Manager to manage the full project life cycle of our system implementations.
Working within the Project & Client Services team and reporting to the Sales Director you will be the main point of contact for clients throughout the whole project. You will work with the Account Manager to define the project scope and be responsible for developing the implementation plan and managing all dependencies and risks. Above all you will play a key role in guiding the client organisation through the change process and will work with stakeholders from all levels of an organisation from the HR Director down to the Recruitment Administrator.
It is your responsibility to manage client expectations, deliver projects on time, to spec and within budget and keep all internal and external sponsors up to date on all aspects of the project. Our project managers are quite ‘hands on’ but we don’t expect you to do everything and you will have responsibility for co-ordinating all the internal resources that will be required to deliver the project.
You will also be involved in the training of clients on the new systems so previous experience of delivering training is important.
Once the implementation has taken place you will work with the Account Manager and Project & Client Services team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction, identify system/process enhancements and to highlight potential expansion opportunities.
