The forum will provide an opportunity to hear how two leading UK organisations are successfully implementing an on-line recruitment strategy which focuses on the whole candidate experience with outstanding results. At the heart of the approach is the Waterstones values. Launched last year now fully rolled out to the business Phil will present the business rationale and share successes to date.

Reliance Security Group
Iain Kennedy, Director of People Innovation at Reliance Security Group will present how this major blue chip employer is providing a great online candidate experience whilst also complying with rigorous and strict security and screening of all applicants. The new approach implemented at the beginning of 2009 is already providing excellent results for the business.
