And after go live, your Implementation Consultant is always on hand, whether on the end of a phone or at one of your regular quarterly review meetings. We are there to ensure you always get the very best out of your investment.

Responsible for configuring the solution around your needs. With a keen eye for detail and an enquiring mind, the project support associates are there to build intelligently; to ask why if something is out of the ordinary and cast a second opinion on things.
The project support associate is also your continuity point when it comes to delivering the training and being part of the helpdesk team.
